    Context: A private equity group bought three competitors and needed to merge their HubSpot instances into one master database.

    Intervention: We mapped the data schema, cleaned 45,000 duplicated records, and built a custom migration script to merge the CRMs with zero downtime.

    The Security Reset

    Context: A fintech client was suffering repeated outages due to a legacy WordPress multisite network that hadn't been updated in 3 years.

    Intervention: We performed an emergency migration to a secure cloud environment, implemented a Web Application Firewall (WAF), and refactored the codebase to remove vulnerable deviations.
