No. We can only see system metrics (CPU usage, disk space). We can only see your screen if you explicitly grant us permission during a support session.

We will try our best! Printers are the nemesis of IT, but we can usually fix driver and connectivity issues remotely.

If you have our MDM/RMM installed, we can issue a remote wipe command to delete all company data the next time it connects to the internet.
